Billing & pricing FAQ
When do I get invoiced?
Pay As You Go clients pay an annual access fee and receive monthly invoices for completed sessions. Fixed Annual Fee clients pay the agreed annual price, with sessions included according to their quote.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Account configuration, your company Access Code and employee onboarding materials are included.
How do we choose between the plans?
Tell us your team size and support needs. We’ll model both options and explain the differences so you can make an informed decision.
Can we cap our total spend?
We can set an agreed session allowance for each employee. If budget certainty is your priority, a Fixed Annual Fee may be the better option.
Do unused sessions roll over?
Rollover and renewal arrangements depend on the selected plan and are clearly set out in your quote and service agreement.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (EFT) and credit card. Payment details are included with your invoice.
