Billing & pricing FAQ
When do I get invoiced?
At the start of each month for sessions completed in the previous month. If no sessions were used, there is no invoice.
Can I cap my total monthly spend?
The session limit you set per employee effectively caps your maximum exposure. For example, a 20-person team with a 6-session limit at $220/session has a theoretical maximum of $26,400 — but real utilisation is far lower. Most clients spend a fraction of the theoretical maximum.
Is the $199 setup fee refundable?
The setup fee covers work we complete immediately (account configuration, coupon setup, onboarding materials). It is not refundable, but we do not charge it again if you cancel and rejoin.
is the $199 setup fee for larger teams?

Do unused sessions roll over?
No. The session limit resets each year from the employee’s first booking date.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (EFT) and credit card. Invoices include payment details.
