Biography

My deepest passion lies in helping women and couples heal, grow, and rediscover their inner peace through counselling and holistic therapy. I believe that true transformation begins when we feel heard, seen, and supported with compassion.

I am originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, a place of vibrant energy, rhythm, and spirit. I was blessed to grow up surrounded by spirituality — my mother, a spiritual psychic and medium healer, taught me the sacred power of intuition, faith, and connection with nature.

As a holistic health and lifestyle coach, I am passionate about empowering people to make meaningful changes in their lives. I love guiding my clients toward self-awareness and emotional freedom through counselling, movement, breathwork, yoga, and meditation.

Movement has always been part of my soul. Since childhood, I have expressed myself through ballet, contemporary dance, salsa, and tango — each one a form of emotional release and connection with life's rhythm. My journey with yoga began at sixteen, and it transformed the way I experienced the world.

Over time, this love evolved into a deep calling to help others heal through yoga, meditation, sound healing, and counselling. Holistic therapies remind us that we are energetic beings of light and love, and once we align with that frequency, life flows with more grace and meaning.
