With extensive experience in psychological interventions in school settings and adult services, over the years, Alyne has developed a solid understanding of the various mental health challenges that can arise during childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. She is particularly sensitive to the emotional, social, and behavioural experiences that commonly emerge at different stages of life.

Alyne uses a variety of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and trauma-sensitive approaches. Therapy is always tailored to the unique needs, goals, and developmental stage of each individual.
