Kamila is a counsellor with a diverse health and wellbeing background. She has spent many years supporting people through her work in allied health and therapeutic care, bringing a wealth of experience to her counselling practice.
After completing a Master’s degree in Counselling, Kamila expanded her passion for helping others into the mental health field. Her experience working closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds has strengthened her compassionate, client-centred approach, creating a safe and supportive space for people to explore challenges, build resilience, and work towards meaningful change.
Kamila is passionate about empowering clients to improve their wellbeing and achieve their personal goals. She believes in the importance of treating each person as a whole, recognising the connection between emotional, physical, and social wellbeing.
Outside of counselling, Kamila enjoys spending time outdoors, cycling, practising Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and sharing a good coffee with friends.
