Resplora was born from a shared passion to help people heal from trauma in a gentle, integrated way. Founded by Gabriele Ruggi and Nicolle Falco, the clinic combines depth-oriented psychotherapy with body-centred practices that restore safety, awareness, and balance.

We created Resplora because we believe no one should face the impact of trauma alone. Our mission is to help people understand what trauma is, how it lives in the body and mind, and how to rebuild a life that feels safe, grounded, and whole again — a life where calm and connection become possible.

Nicolle Falco is a highly qualified and compassionate counsellor and psychotherapist, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brazil, a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology, and the highest level of recognition from the Australian Counselling Association. With many years of experience, including a long background as a yoga teacher, Nicolle integrates psychotherapy, breathwork, and somatic awareness to help clients gently reconnect with their bodies and inner safety. Her work draws from both scientific and transpersonal perspectives, creating a space where healing feels deeply human.

Gabriele Ruggi Neto is an ACA Registered Counsellor (R83997) with more than ten years of experience supporting emotional wellbeing and personal growth. He holds a Diploma of Counselling, an Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching, and Master-level Reiki certification. His approach weaves together elements of CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and psychoanalytic understanding, allowing clients to explore both conscious and unconscious patterns that shape their emotional life. Grounded in trauma-informed practice and compassion, Gabriele helps clients cultivate awareness, resilience, and self-trust.

At Resplora, therapy is not limited to techniques or quick fixes. It’s a process of rediscovering your inner strength and learning to live with presence, compassion, and authenticity.
