Free Online – Anxiety Self-Assessment Quiz

Welcome! This self-assessment is designed to help you explore whether anxiety may be affecting your daily life. Anxiety is a common human experience, but sometimes it can feel overwhelming and impact wellbeing.

How this test was developed:
This test draws inspiration from widely used and validated clinical screening tools, such as the GAD-7 (Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7), the DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale), and the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A). These instruments are internationally recognized, with questions based on criteria from the DSM-5, the global standard for identifying psychological conditions. Our test presents 15 questions reflecting both emotional and physical symptoms of anxiety, adapted for self-reflection and easy understanding. You can complete it anonymously as a first step toward mental health awareness.

Purpose and limitations:
This self-assessment does not provide a diagnosis. Results are informational only, intended to promote self-understanding and reflection. No information is stored or shared. If your results suggest moderate or high anxiety, consider seeking support from a qualified mental health professional.

Would you like professional support?
